Interesting thing about this article is that, in addition to Pearson's correlation coefficient and Overlap coefficient according to Manders, we used this time Overlap coefficients k1 and k2 as well to present the significance of the changes of colocalization of Mrp2 and Bsep proteins in dynamics of pathological process. MRT made a proper layout of tables and graphs in the paper so that the significance of our data is easily seen.
